I have been reinventing myself for some years now and find it is
simply a matter of putting one foot before the other and keep on
going. I used to get so overwhelmed by so many things before I
realised I needed to break everything down into smaller pieces and
focus just on one little piece at a time. "Its the journey and not the
destination" as they say. I followed much of the advise in
"reinventing myself" and use their meditations every day. Keeping calm
and actively perusing joy makes all the difference. I used to get so
caught up in what was wrong and rarely thought about anything
positive. It's amazing what an attitude shift can achieve

Hi Shaun
Sonya Green wrote Reinventing Myself and most of the info can be found
by keying in reinventingmyself. Great stuff. She has an excellent
healing CD out which I use in my Yoga courses and everyone in the
course loves it.

Tada,
I wanted to send you this private email to say that I like what you have done
to yourself. You have been somewhat successful at putting one foot in front
of the other to keep going.

I used to get so overwhelmed by so many things before I realized that I needed
to break everything down into smaller pieces and focus just on one little
piece at a time. I've always said to my mother, father, uncles, and grandpa
Johnny that... "Its the journey and not the destination" as they say. I
followed much of the advise in "reinventing myself" and use their medications
every day. They don't like me using there prescriptions but I need to. I am
keeping calm and actively perusing joy makes all the difference. I used to get
so caught up in what was wrong and rarely thought about anything negative or
positive. It's amazing what an attitude shift can achieve. I am gone from
being 5 foot 3 inches, to 6 feet 1 inch in a matter of six months based on
your email below. You are an inspiration to me Tada.

Im a little confused about your posting as I do not know who you are.
I am concerned that you are using my name and suggesting you are
writing on my behalf. You have asked a member for their address to
post them my book. I would strongly suggest that no one ever gives out
an address or personal details in a group posting. You have also
suggested that you have been using the Reinventing myself Medication.
The original writer referred to Meditation NOT Medication. I have not
ever recommended medication in my pages. Maybe you are a genuine
person with good intention but please be responsible for your own
advice and do not use me as your source. Should the original writer
wish to contact me directly I would be more than happy to answer your
queries.
