Yes, I agree that without feelings of strong self-esteem going on inside of
us...then, it's awful hard to bounce back from having recieved any knocks in
our life.

For example, when I was having a real hard time for whatever reason, and, my
self-esteem was low...then, my usual tendency is to run off, and, never come
back.

But, when my self-esteem is high...then, I just get up, and, keep on
trying...until when I do, eventually, succeed!

Ok good people.

This is the bottom line.

It does not matter what you think of me!

What does matter is what I think you think of me!

If I think you think I am Superman, how am I going to relate to you?

That right! With lots of positive Enthusiasm!

LSE cannot live in the same place as Enthusiasm!

Enthusiasm is like a Light in a Dark Place.

The Darkness Disappears when the Light comes on!

Start getting off your own problems and start helping others solve theirs

and you will find your LSE vanishes in the process.

Whatever you do don't join a Pity Party with another person with LSE.

Build them Up and in the process you build yourself up!

Hope you learn to see that this works.

You know, i wake up every morning and there i am. Sometimes it feels
like there's nothing to live for, but i suppose everyone has those
times. Maybe it's what defines us as human beings. The positive and
negative feelings on life really are there to compliment each other.
For instance, if we don't have the negative, how would we know what
positive is??? These paradoxial questions always make me wonder. But,
nevertheless, it just doesn't make you feel better when you've got the
"blues." So what does make you feel better? i think it's self-esteem
or the intrinsic ability to bounce back from life's pain in the ass
events. Girls, parents, money (or the lack thereof) all seem to suck
me down. DOes anyone else ever feel like this???? I hope so... if not,
maybe we're not really here or human! let me know i'm not the only
one. Thanks.
